Program Manager (New Beginnings, Grants Pass) $2,000 Sign On Bonus

Kairos is looking to fill a position for a Program Manager at New Beginnings, a psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTS) in Grants Pass Oregon. The Program Manager will oversee the day to day functions of New Beginnings, a secure residential treatment facility for at-risk youth/young adults. Provide Case Management for all the youth within the program. Provide clinical oversight and fulfill Therapist duties as needed. Serve as a community liaison between the program/agency and community partners.

Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree in education, social work, psychology, sociology or Registered Nurse (Baccalaureate). In addition they will have three years broad personnel management responsibilities in psychiatric or group care settings for youth and families with demonstrated supervisory abilities. This position requires the ability to manage system of care for multiple service delivery mechanism. Supervisory experience preferred. LPC and/or LMFT license and/or receive within 2 years preferred.
All candidates are required to successfully pass a Criminal Background Check and Medicaid Fraud Check. In addition, all candidates are also required to carry a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience with a safe driving record.
This is a full-time position, working approximately 40 hours a week, with flexible hours based upon the needs of the program. Depending on experience, compensation ranges from $4,709-$6,861 per month, and will include a $2,000 sign-on bonus. In addition, all full-time employees with Kairos are eligible to participate in a number of agency-sponsored benefits.
