HR Coordinator (Admin, Grants Pass)

Kairos’ is looking to hire an HR Coordinator to work at its Administration Office located in Grants Pass. The HR Coordinator is responsible for compliance, coordination, and efficiencies of these HR processes: creation and maintenance of personnel files, HR reports (e.g., annual EEO/affirmative action, 300 injury, exit interview, and monthly employee action), compliance audits/reviews, credentialing, recruitment outreach and process, job descriptions, internship program, workplace culture and HR special projects. Serves as backup on onboarding training and HR risk management (e.g., worker compensation, FMLA/OFLA, ADA). May participate in projects and committees as assigned by HR Manager.

Qualified candidates will have an Associates degree and 1 year of relevant HR experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency required in written and interpersonal communication skills and Microsoft Office applications including Excel. Experience in HRIS, HR data reporting and credentialing as well as familiarity with federal and Oregon employment laws preferred. Preference given to candidates with behavioral health industry experience.. Applicants will also need to have the ability to pass a background check and a Medicaid fraud check. Qualified candidates are required to have a valid driver's license with 3 years minimum driving experience and hold a safe driving record.
This position is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Depending on the candidate’s experience, compensation ranges from $16.68-$23.15 hourly. In addition, all full-time employees with Kairos are eligible to participate in a number of Company-sponsored benefits.
