Kairos is licensed by the Oregon Department of Human Services and certified by the Oregon Health Authority, and has been accredited by The Joint Commission since 1984.                 

Hours:  20 hours/week scheduled (days and shifts to be determined and are subject to change based on program needs) In addition to the 20 hrs scheduled: staff will cover shifts as needed. Staff needs to be able to qualify to become a QMHA and assume Med Key duties. Cadenza has three shifts per day: Day, Swing, and Overnight

Compensation: $12.45-$17.27 per Hour DOE

Benefits:  For staff consistently working over 30 hours per week we offer 2.4 weeks paid time-off, 1 week of paid sick-time the first year of employment, 6 paid holidays per year, health, vision and dental insurance, 401k with up to 6% employer contribution. Agency is qualified for federal student aid public service loan forgiveness program.

About this position: Assist in the care and treatment of youth and young adults with psychiatric needs by providing a consistent presence, skills training and emotional support in a safe and secure manner.

Successful candidates will have:  QMHA required (a combination of either 3 years' related work experience and/or education) and previous work at non-profit, out-patient, community setting and/or with treatment foster care, in-home support services, trauma-informed care, family-driven and youth guided practice preferred. As well as the ability to pass a background check and Medicaid fraud check, have a valid driver's license with 3 yrs. min. driving experience with safe driving record required.
