Executive Assistant/ Grants Pass, OR                              
Hours
: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm                                
Compensation:
$2,891- $4,011 per Month DOE
Benefits: 2.4 weeks paid time-off, 1 week of paid sick-time the first year of employment, 6 paid holidays per year, health, vision and dental insurance, 401k with up to 6% employer contribution. Agency is qualified for federal student loan repayment program.

About this position: Providing administrative support to the Executive Director, the Executive Assistant will be highly self-motivated, professional, creative, and enjoy working in a fast-paced non-profit environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented.   The Executive Assistant will exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills.  The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on assigned projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle the wide variety of activities, workload, and confidential matters with discretion.    The position is exempt and may be required to work an outside a normal office hour schedule as directed. 

Areas of Core Competence:  Appointment coordination and planning, ED support, managing ED technology, meeting preparation and implementation, internal/external/written/verbal communication, problem solving, professional behavior and aptitude, task, time and project management, team work and collaboration, alignment with agency mission and values

Successful candidates will have: High School Level Reading, Communication, and Math Proficiency and four years related executive support experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience includes executive business communications, computer applications (MS OFFICE), board relations and common business practices. proven  proficiency in  Microsoft Office skills (65+ wpm); presentation skills; writing skills; travel logistics; time management; organizational skills; oral and written communication skills.  (Prefer some college education)
